I had a piece of pizza for lunch, so I felt like having something very healthy for dinner. I decided to go with an all veggie dinner. I thawed and heated a cup of green beans. I sauted some onions, garlic, yellow bell peppers, cauliflower and carrots with olive oil and chicken stock. I added black sesame seeds and salt and pepper. Soooooooooo many veggies filled me up until the next day! Yummy!
