I am still trying to eat high in protein with lots of veggies. Last night I prepared some last minute meat loaf w/ about 2 cups of steamed veggies. I added onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes and fresh rosemary to my meatloaf. Made it really tasty. I drained out the excess fat. It was relatively healthy, super yummy, low in carbs, and super duper easy. I forgot to take a photo in all the excitement (haaaa). Peace out!!!! Dani
