Last night I decided to visit a girlfriend and her 2 daughters, whom I hadn't seen in weeks. I told them I'd bring the ingredients to make them Italian Fettuccine with a meatball marinara sauce (I bought the fettuccine noodles at Felipes in Little Italy in San Diego). The fettuccini noodles were multi-colored (which the kids loved). The sauce came out great (fresh rosemary, organic tomatoes and sauce, mushrooms, garlic and onions, with meatballs). We had a great salad and some garlic bread. Another girlfriend joined us w/ her daughter. It was a blast. Wish I took photos but I forgot my camera ;( I'll get one next time.
