Did you know that Saint Patrick is the patron saint of engineering? I know this because my fiance is an engineer and he loves 3/17! I prepared corn beef and cabbage (with carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic) and a yummy salad. We had cheesecake for desert. You can find the recipe at:
